The care of the vineyards in accordance with nature is a particularly important concern for us. Organic work has been going on since 2008, which was already particularly important to Grandpa Leopold. The grapes are handpicked and the pruning and harvest is guided by the moon phases. We are convinced that our sustainable way of working in the vineyard and cellar produces high-quality wines that reflect our characteristic soil, climate and grape varieties. As we work and rely on nature every day, it is our responsibility to respectfully maintain this “partnership”.
